Can’t express how much I appreciate the professionalism and service that was provide to me by the service team, Chris Firkola I particularly want to shout out to and thank. I had previously tried to take my vehicle to Northside Lethbridge Dodge, where I was treated like a dog and a money grab, I wasn’t offered any advise or any sort of consultation. so I proceeded to take my issues and business to another place, Bridge City, am I ever happy I did!! The amazing team put me in touch with Chris Firkola, he, without bombarding me with questions, listened to my story, and offered some words of knowledge to consult me on the problems at hand, how much he sees them and what can be done at the time. He went on to coach me through the process of how and what the team would do to fix the issues, all before I even got there. This was as good as the $200 diagnostic and at which point I was happy to pay. Brought my vehicle to Chris, he knew right away that he could help me and effectively gave me the best options without upselling me on services I didn’t need, which in this age means the world. They fixed my issue in less than 24 hours. This was a impressive service, and the company is lucky to have a guy like Chris and a team to back him up. Thanks Bridge City.
