New Chrysler, Jeep vehicles are backed by a 5-year or 100,000-kilometre* fully transferable Powertrain Warranty with $0 deductible, plus 24-hour roadside assistance.+

Basic Warranty coverage is for 3 years or 60,000 kilometres.* The Cummins® Turbo Diesel engine is protected by a separate Limited Warranty, covering the engine for 5 years or 160,000 kilometres,* whichever comes first.

+Some conditions may apply. The 5/100 Warranty does not apply to vehicles sold for certain commercial uses or to SRT including Viper models. Contact us for details.

Nationwide Service

Any authorized DaimlerChrysler dealer throughout Canada and the United States can provide Service Contract repairs and covered services.

Roadside Assistance DaimlerChrysler

All new-vehicle plans include Roadside Assistance for the duration of the plan selected. This service is available 24 hours/day, year-round, nationwide. Services include: battery boost, tire change, lockout service, emergency fuel delivery to a stranded vehicle, winching and towing to the nearest DaimlerChrysler dealership.

I am committed to being a professional service consultant. As a part of this commitment, I will do the following:

Make every customer aware of recommended maintenance and necessary repairs

I will never sell something that is not necessary, but will follow our recommended maintenance schedule and make customers aware of needed repairs.

Make sure the work is done for the price quoted

If I give a quote on a job, I will make sure the work is done for that price, and not one dollar more. If have misquoted my price, my customer will not be asked to pay for my mistake.

Make sure the repair is done right the first time

If one of our technicians has diagnosed and repaired a specific problem, and the vehicle must be brought back for the exact same problem, my customer will not be charged any additional cost. We are professionals charging for a professional job. We will do whatever is necessary to solve the customer's concern.

Make it a priority to get the work done by the time promised

I realize how important my customer's time is. I will make every effort necessary to get the job done by the time promised. If we are unable to meet this promised time, I will keep the customer informed and offer substitute transportation if necessary.
